((OOC post just to fill guildies in on the RP that has been taking place)) As it all happened in actual roleplay and I did not save the chat log as I wish I did, I'll just clue in everyone as to the roleplays that have been taking place involving my character Lepida and in turn, the entire guild which is involved. Lepida has been spending a lot of time with some people from Taskelion and their Serpent's Head Inn clique known as the Hell Hounds. Friendly people, involving the circle of Pashen, Fynres, Sternwulf, Redswift, Keyarie and others. In my RP there, I just decided to mention Sealladh making their own wine within the guild city in their distillery. I spoke of how we stomp the grapes ourselves, and export barrels of it to taverns across Hyboria for coin. In showing some friends around the guild city, I chose the Alchemy Workshop as the distillery. The second level is full of barrels I said were full of the wine, and a table with a pitcher and glasses in which we sit and taste the wine. Then on top of that, I've decided that as a guild we have purchased the Sailor's Den tavern in Old Tarantia. It is vastly under used for it's size, and there is a fighting pit in the middle in which we could hold drunken bar brawls, with the house taking a cut of all bets - all in good RP of course. It is a PvP enabled tavern, which makes this possible. It also allows us to "remove" anyone we do not wish inside. It's also a very large tavern with two levels and plenty of space, and full of both paying customers and courtesans in which the guild can make a profit from. Sealladh does this to fund their efforts and their city. This is to encourage more open ended RP amongst the guild and it's friends and allies. In time I hope to begin posting in the global chat for people to come take part in the roleplay there and even have drunken brawls, but we will need to be there as a guild in order to protect each other as it is still a PvP enabled zone. Have fun, and make use of the new Sealladh's Den!

This is the list of scoring rules and fight rules for the bare knuckle brawls. There will still be all out duels, but for extra fun I've decided to also host bare knuckle fights. But after watching Majah and Kevhien go at it it's obvious that too little damage is done over too long of a time for it to be "to the death", so I've worked on a list of scoring rules to make it worth while and add needed change. Bare Knuckle Brawls- Bouts will time out at 3 minutes. - Bouts will be scored by two judges. At the end of the bout the judges will tally their scores, and the fighter with the highest total score wins. - No weapons, cloaks, rings, necklaces or armor may be worn. Clothing of equal quality and strength will be provided (and must be returned) so fighters do not need to be nude. - No magic, knock backs, combos, stuns, snares or feats may be used during the fight. - Strafing and mobility will not be scored but is allowed. - No restorative pots may be used. - The first fighter to score a noticeable amount of damage (visible through hp bar) is awarded 2 points. (noticeable entails a meaningful amount of damage and not just a few specs of hp) - Each subsequent amount of noticeable damage done scores 1 point for the dealing fighter. - Every time a fighter must noticeably run from a direct spot of engagement to either heal or regroup his combat strategy, his opponent is awarded 1 point. - If a fighter reaches 50% hp, his opponent automatically wins.

The following has been posted on both the Grey Knights and Echelon of Amra (Local Defense) forums: My dear friends of the, I am happy to announce that Sealladh has purchased the Sailor's Den from the previous owners for a long term investment in both fun and coin. We have been making our own wine for some time in our guild city, utilizing pollen from Tulsi flowers to add a bit of a sweetened flavor. That is why the name we've chosen for our new establishment is "The Tulsi Brew." As I myself do not drink, gamble or condone violence even in what many call an honorable sport of arms, I leave all managerial works of the Tulsi Brew to my younger sister, Lepida. She has established The Tulsi Brew already in this short quarter month that we've owned it as a source of fun, fine dining, tasteful drink and outstanding combatant entertainment. ((The zone inside Sailor's Den is PvP enabled)) I invite you, my friends, to not only stop by at any time to take part in such fun activity, but to attend a Grand Opening Celebration! We will be extending invitation to many friends and friends of friends, as well as leave the doors open for any willing to attend this glorious occasion. Wine will be provided free of charge, and all wagers placed on the activity in the dueling pit (including a sportsman Sealladh exclusive event known as Bare Knuckle Challenges!) will pay out two to one for one evening only with no cut taken by the house. Join us as we laugh, drink, dine and engage in coordinated sport of arms. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring a date! Your friend always, Callesto Sealladh Magistrate ((As of now the date for the event is this upcoming Monday, January 18th, at 9:00 P.M. Eastern/6:00 P.M. Pacific in the Sailor's Den inside Old Tarantia. Day or time may change as I do my best to accomodate the schedules of all my guild and it's allies, so please feel free to request as a whole a more suitable day or time for attendance. After the Grand Opening Celebration event, regular roleplay events will be held here at the same time.))

Ritona slips a time stained sheet of vellum onto Lepida's desk. Scrawled in fine handwriting, the recipe is obviously old and has traveled far... Nemedian Azureberry Melomel (Berry Mead) 20 lbs Light Honey (Apiaries in Poitain produce the clearest honey available) 1 Bucket of Azureberry Puree 1 Tsp Cimmerian Moss 15 grams Wine Yeast Boil the honey in 2 gallons of water, adding the Cimmerian moss to clarify. Add the honeywater to 5 gallons of cold water and the puree, allowing it to cool. Once room temperature, pitch the yeast and shake lightly. Rack every 2-3 weeks until the melomel is clear and tasty. Should have a light blue-gold glow, fresh summery finish and fairly potent alcohol content. Makes 6-7 Gallons of honey wine. Note: This melomel is particularly notable for it's aphrodisiac quality, and is similar to some of the honeywines favoured by the followers of Derketo, in dusky Stygia. Mitra's faithful take care! ((Home brewing Mead and Melomels is really easy, delicious and cheap! Try it!))
